Version 2.9.3 released

This update focuses on making it easier to plan your imaging nights with powerful new visualization and scheduling tools.

New Features vs 2.8

Constellation Data: Objects now display their constellation (e.g., “Cyg” for Cygnus) in the “Properties” tab, which is also filterable and sortable.

Meridian Transit Line: The daily altitude graph now shows a red dashed line indicating the meridian transit time, helping you plan for equatorial mount flips.

Add to Calendar: You can now add imaging opportunities directly to your device’s calendar with a single click.

Imaging Opportunities now also show potential imaging times

Enhancements

Automatic File Repair: The application can now automatically detect and repair common configuration file errors, improving stability and preventing startup issues.

New Data caching model: all curves are calculated at start up and once every day, so the performance after the first data load is much better
